The fact that this is lower on the glycemic index and is also amazing tasting makes it a great substitute for refined white sugar. I’ve been using it in my baking as a replacement for either white or brown sugar and we all prefer the taste of the coconut sugar. Such a good price too, highly recommend you pickup a bag!
